A ChannelHandler that aggregates an StompHeadersSubframe and its following StompContentSubframes into a single StompFrame. It is useful when you don't want to take care of STOMP frames whose content is 'chunked'. Insert this handler after StompSubframeDecoder in the ChannelPipeline:
