This plugin handles the HotSpot-specific customizations of bytecode parsing:

Word-type rewriting for intrinsic functions (snippets and method substitutions), by forwarding to the WordOperationPlugin. Note that we forward the NodePlugin and TypePlugin methods, but not the InlineInvokePlugin methods implemented by WordOperationPlugin.
